I like to give wine gifts. The thing is, many of my friends and I have been passing around the same bottles for years, and I occasionally like to introduce new tastes into the mix. There are some great California wines to try, but of course, we don’t live in California. That’s where joining a club comes in handy. Wonderful things from far away come to your door and you don’t have to rush around at the last moment looking for something that will knock your friends’ socks off.
